Mr. White practiced as an Attorney at Law for 20 years. He left private practice in Sacramento, CA to become Corporate Council for a management company with 16 automotive dealerships. The company was also recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 400 small businesses in the United States. He returned to private practice concentrating in small business law, the creation of business organizations, mergers, acquisitions and commercial real estate. In 2001 he co founded and managed a small business developing a string of restaurants that grew to a point where it was acquired by a larger firm in 2005.
